ONYX STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Etiquette is a vital part of a positive studio experience for all who work there together. To maintain our highly professional status, we ask the following cooperations from our team.
• No perfumes, room sprays, candles, plug ins or fragrances.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when speaking with clients. (aka: No gossip.)
• Maintain peaceful environment, mindful of your co-workers so that all clients can enjoy a relaxing experience.
• Dress professionally. Black pants are preferred. Aprons can be customized to your personal style and fit.
• Rent is paid each Friday. There is a 10% late fee for each day over.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointments to set-up.
• Properly clean up your workstation. No food in the trash, please.
